Alright... I'm 15, going to be 16 in 3 months. Anyway, Im about 5' 11" - 6' tall and weigh approx 170 lbs. I don't care about weight much, but my main concern is looks. Mostly my stomach. I cannot see my abs, and consider myself chubby. I don't know the best way to lose my fat. I'm not looking for huge ripping washboard abs. Both my parents are fairly heavy, not overweight, but thats the genetic part probably. My brother is in the Army and is a HUGE exercise fanatic with a decent body [So I believe I can look the same way eventually]. He's not a big guy though, about 5' 10" and 160 lbs. He's also 20 though. I'm not looking for anything immediate, I understand these things take time. I'm basically looking for a good solution though. [And please don't say "Change your diet" I understand that's a great part of it but give me some suggestions!!] Thanks.
youre really young, and shouldnt bother with your looks so much, itll take away all your fun! but if you really want to do something to help loose weight or shape up, take up a sport in school. or better yet take up a dance class, jazz dance or theres this workout video, the New York City Ballet Workout, its awesome! I love that video, that will really help shape and tone up your body!
Haha, thanks. I actually play Varsity Soccer, Track and Field, and am starting to get into Downhill and Freestyle mountain biking. But thanks for the suggestions
