Why is that first weekend of games tough when you predict your March Madness Bracket?

How tough is that first weekend of the tournament for your bracket? I find it one of the toughest weekends since there will be that one game that will ruined your bracket big time.

There always will be an upset somewhere along the way and a lot of brackets get busted when a first round upset happens. I mean Oral Roberts just took out Ohio State so I'm sure that killed a majority of brackets already.
