do you have an sd slot in your computer. If youre running W-10 it auto accepts and stores mine in my pix files .I have to sort em though

You might purchase a card reader if your computer doesn’t have an SD card slot (built-in card reader).

I do have an SD card slot , but nothing happens

There could be a lot of things going wrong here.
1. motherboard/hardware issue - problem ultimately with the SD card slot itself;
2. defective SD card itself (do you have any other way to verify what's on the SD card?);
3. maybe the photos never saved on the SD card;
4. etc....
