Trump, as an embodiment of narcissistic personality disorder, has brought this mental illness to the forefront in American political life. That's one thing Trump has done for America: he has made American citizens aware of the psychological disturbance of the narcissist, thrown it in our faces, actually.
Many people have suffered under these disturbing personal relationships, but now no one has escaped the damage Trump has inflicted on the integrity of the American people.
It doesn't matter if Donald Trump has dementia or some other cognitive decline. He doesn't have to sell his successful policies like Biden does. He just needs to peddle tribalism, hate and division.
