Is this asbestos or mold?

I was wondering if I could get some help identifying this white fuzz that is growing outside of my apartment. I am worried it is asbestos but not sure at all. Pics included, please let me know if I can provide more info. Thanks in advance

@Imafool4u,
Asbestos is a mineral. It doesn't suddenly show up and start growing like that. Take some hydrogen peroxide and pour it on a small section of the growth and see if the stuff disappears. If it does, spray the whole area, and wipe it clean. Repeat.
