Before A2K I only ever posted at one other forum, Abuzz. Then the Abuzzers I liked started leaving in droves and I accidentally found out where they were going (a good chunk of them anyways). They thought they could get away from me! Aha!
I don't spend an awful lot of time on the internet (methinks) so I haven't made the effort to research many other forums.
Plus, since I've now discovered that Lord Yelp-Us doesn't like me hitting on him (wah! wah! wah!) I'll have to think up some wicked way to nip him when he's not looking.

How did I find A2K??? hmmm.... I know I was looking something up on google... probably about relationships... and then I stumbled on in and started posting.... many weird posts may i add (out of boredom) and then everyone grew on me... and I started asking advice and eventually I took that advice and I am using it!! :-)
As for other forums... I have looked through some... I posted on one just recently about medical advice but most likely will no be going back there...
The only other site I go to alot is myspace which is isn't a forum but it reminds me of one kinda...
So right now A2K is the only forum for me, the people are awesome and funny and supportive!!!

I came here looking for something ... different from my other home, which is mostly.. *cough* adult-themed. It's nice and all, but sometimes it gets to be a bit much.
Plus, from what I see in one day, the variety here cannot be matched.
I'm used to a very fast-paced board - I hope I'll adapt to the more laid-back style here.

I'm sorry that makes me giggle - welcome!!
I am new here (less than a quadropizx light year of time) but have found this forum board much easier to navigate than many I have been associated with in the past and the responses to various things are quick and seem to be well informed. It also has a top rate search engine and the main forum page with the neatly divided subsections also makes for easy sailing. Who, might I ask created it because they did a superb job.

I came to A2K when some of the nasty drama of another board I belonged to spilled over here. I was very encouraged to see that the community of A2K would not allow the same thing to go on here.
There's a strong sense of a positive community here.
