Have you heard of Warm Bodies (2013)?

You were a bit vague on if you only want zombie movies like Anger of the Dead, a movie I can almost guarantee no one at a2k has ever heard of ... including myself. Or if a comedy would even be considered. Or that the couple has to be the only (or close enough) survivors in the world.

Patema Inverted (2013) is a post-apocalyptic Romeo and Juliet. No zombies.

(Not so sure about the English dub. Watched the subtitle version)

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World (2012) is far from a horror movie (maybe a bit on the existential horror) but has a heartwarming couple with good chemistry taking place soon before the end of world event.
