Hi everybody,
Norton have confirmed that my son has a Trojan virus called eied s7 c 77.exe
but Norton cannot quarantine or delete it.
Can anyone please help?

Your son has the Trojan? Oh no! The first case of a computer virus making the leap from computer to living organism! We are teh doomed!
