Viruses, spyware, slow puter.

Ok her we go. Stumbled across the AURORA popups. did some research and came across timberlandko (A2K) advice on removal of all trash on puter. It two days to complete between work and sleep, but I thinkl I did it all correctly. Everything seems to be fine now ewxcept my puter takes many minutes (3-5) to bootup or shutdown even longer if booting to SAFE MODE. I have not turned System Restore back on yet and here are the results of the scans. I hope you can help me with faster startups and shutdowns.
