90s action B movie

I've been desperately trying to figure out this movie I once seen in the 90s.

It's a cheesy B action movie, I'm not sure if it came out in the 90s or late 80s but it's around that time

So here's what I remembered in the movie.

-The main guy is a martial artist/body builder -Works out with a female body builder at the gym
-He moved a soda can without touching it, a technique learned from his master
- He has a best friend that is asian who also disguises himself as a ninja, spies and tests the main guys skills
-The villain is a powerful drug lord who has a big strong guy that is not smart as his henchman
- The blood looks dark, almost black looking
- Main guys finds out his best friend was the ninja
- The villains henchman kills the main guys best friend in a cage wrapped with barbed wire, it was like an underground fight club
-The henchman turns on his boss but the villain easily kills him, has his foot on his neck and says "you can't kill me" and breaks his neck

That's all I remembered. If anyone know the name of this movie ppllllleeeeaassseee let me know. I've been searching high and low checking out tons of B movies and just cant find it
