I watched a movie in the 80’s But the movie was older than that. I believe it was in black and white. It’s a horror movie where a group of teenagers went swimming or camping or exploring but anyway they came across an old abandoned building. It was a hospital or mental hospital that had been closed for years. They went in and they ended up being killed one at a time. I remember one person was strapped to a gurney and his toes were cut off one by one with large scissors or hedge clippers. Does anyone know the name of this movie?

There are some movies that are not yet traceable publicly online. Seems they were syndicated. Kind of like the movies shown on Elvira's Mistress of the Dark late night shows.
