We are a non-profit thrift store in Arizona and one of customers donated this rather nice oil painting. Any help identifying the artist would be very welcome.

I think it’s H Balman. I googled that and found another picture similar style and signature.

Thank you that is a great help. I found one that is very similar and it has given us a pricing point. We did try different variations on the name as well as searching by the content. It is always amusing that someone with a fresh set of eyes can instantly point out the obvious. Daniel
