I have a wooden box type item that is about the size of a Kennex box and is somewhat on the order of a match safe that hangs on the wall.
The dimensions are as follows:
The wood is about 1/2 ilnch thick
Approx 13 1/8 inches tall
Approx 4 3/4 inches wide and
Approx 3 1/2 inches thick
There is a fairly wide groove in the front and the bottom is scooped out on about the same order of a vintage match safe.
On the back there is a stamp of J. C. CRUMBACKER in bold block letters.
I purchased this item at a yard sale and the gentleman that I bought it from said it had belonged to his Grandmaother and that she had used it to put cigarettes in.
I have searched the web every way I can think possible and have been unable to find anything.
Can someone help me find a value for this item.
Thanks in advance for your help.
