In which movie did this happen?

The movie was about a runaway a train(?). The only scene I can remember is that some kind of train switch should be switched but it was locked by a padlock. The movie is before 2010, or even earlier before 2000. (It's neither Denzel W. Unstoppable, nor the Atomic Train, not the Disaster on the Coastliner)

That's a heist film (both versions) on a subway train. Highly likely not it.
