Curious about the CMS technology being used at Able2Know's sister site, Able2Shop.com:
http://www.able2shop.com/
It *looks* very much like Able2Know, which is phpBB-based. Is there an ecommerce version of phpBB?
Thx for any info you can provide.
No it's not an ecommerce version of phpbb. It is simply a front-end to Amazon's data feed that I templated with our currently used design.
The Amazon feed is part of their affiliate program:
https://associates.amazon.com
There are hundreds of scripts out there to parse/display the feed.
Hi, Craven:
I am an Amazon Associate but have thus far found their datafeeds challenging to set up. It's been a while since I looked at that section of Amazon's program so, perhaps, based on your comment, I will look again.
Thx,
-KH

KHashmi316,
Search for scripts to help you, most are easier to run than phpbb.
Hi, Craven:
Amazon's own Assocaites page (specifically AWS stuff) is confusing. I think that was what kept me from trying their 'feed in the past. I Googled "Amazon scripts" and came up with some good stuff (I think). E.g.:
http://www.chipdir.nl/amazon/
I'll report back when I have some stuff running on my sties.
Thx again!
