Resources for pursuing a Psychology Career working with children

I have a question for anyone who is working in the child care or psychology field. I need some resources to inform my career pursuits and professional development. I have been exploring my career options and am very interested in psychology and education. I basically just want to work with kids and want some advice. I want to pursue more education after my bachelors degree but want to make sure my money is spent on something worth while. I am weighing my options between just going into the wok force after graduation, pursuing a doctoral or pursuing a masters degree. Any clinical psychologists I would love to hear about your work and how you decided that was the right path for you. I want to get involved in research and other opportunities to work with children. If anyone has any personal experiences, advice, or helpful resources that would help me in this hard decision, it would be appreciated!
