running water under floor vents in home

There is flowing/running water under two of the bedroom floor vents. This started 3/29/20. It it a very old farm house and many years ago it had siding put on and in the last year a couple of the siding pieces came off. There has been a lot of rain and storms the last several months and possible water has collected and ran down in the side of the house and under the floor vents!? If so how do i remove it? The crawlspace under the house has been checked and its dry as are the other floor vents in the house, no water..running or otherwise
