hello
i want give a link to my users for search mp3s at my mp3 link forum.
when they click that link the search page of phpbb will open with this presetins: forum drop down menu is points to my mp3 forum and "Display results as" option is selected "posts" option.
Why not just hardcode a form that way and link to it.

copy the html for the search form from the page source and modify it to your liking.
If you don't understand this then you should read up on creating forms.
