I noticed, that Greek αΌΞ»ΞΌΞ±Ξ΄α½°ΞΌ corresponds to Gothic Airmodamis "Elmodam".
Could Gothic π°ππΌπ°πΉπ "armaio" (alms) and English "alms" be cognate?
