Without doubt, the christians will be out in force to say that these weren't "real" christians, that real christians don't do things like this. Such people never admit the potential for depravity which lurks within such superstitious systems of belief.

Ok, feeling a little badly here. Just want to take a moment and say that I feel really bad for that poor woman. <Now, back to your regular christianity bashing>.

In the end, if God exists, we will have to answer as individuals. If God does not exist, we must judge ourselves as individuals. Whatever the judgement, let it not be that we chose our path as an escape from responsibility.

Just like to point out that Catholics are the only Christians (maybe Orthodox too, not sure) who believe they are physically eating Jesus

Unless you know that to be true, how dare you insult the poor girl? Have you nothing of decency in your atheistic heart?

Such behavior is neither Christian nor the norm for the Eastern Orthodox community with which I am not in Communion - they are schismatics that chose national pride and pride of a secular leader over Catholic Unity.
One that calls himself "Christian", yet does the evils of the non-Christian world, is rightly called "hypocrite". Anyways, I find "evolution" a superstitious myth - just listen to it:
"10 billion years ago, a particle super-compressed exploded into the present universe, and a lifeless source begat all forms of life. Something more wonderful than before always proceeded out of the humbler children of existence that preceeded. And so on..."
This superstition leads to killing human conceptions, and so on, without due investigation to be sure murder is not being committed.

While bashing Christians along with hypocrites, and CHRIST along with HIS enemies, you also show yourselves of filthier minds than even some of the hypocrites. All that sacrilege against CHRIST's Sacred Meal merely shows off how debased and worthless are your own outlooks.
As for the Supper of the LORD's Table, it is like an infant in the womb, recieving from the life-supporting system of the mother's frame, her flesh and blood, to form to perfection within her. You mock you know not what Benefit sacrificed for your own Good, out of a truly all-gracious Heart that bore the Sorrows of your blasphemies in submitting to the death of the Cross. HIS view of you is infinitely undeservedly better than your view of HIM.

I may have a filthy mind, but at least I am not a hypocrite.
I find great comfort in this, and sleep soundly at night.

I do feel for the poor woman and family.

I hope she is in a better place.

It really rats when the atheists and agnostics have more sound reasoning than the believers. It makes my job a lot harder - but also a lot more fun. Laughing
