Looking for movie with women who lock up man and put him in harness suspended by ceiling

I am looking for the name of an old movie, in which several ladies manage to lock a man into an appartment. There they put him in a leather harness, which is connected by a wire to ceiling trolley. Whenever he tries something, the ladies get him suspended. Eventually he escapes.

There is something like that in 9 to 5,
(1980 movie, with Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton)

Parton, Fonda and Tomlin work in an office for Dabney Coleman's character. He is a dreadful man, they kidnap him, have him suspended and he eventually gets away.
