Everytime I open iTunes my songs dissapear!!!

Each time I open iTunes songs just vanish and I have to search my computer for them. In the comments part of the info for a song a weird different code appears like this-- 00001E43 00001EEA 00004BAD 00004F18 0002BF65 0002E647 00007B82 00007B8D 0000C37E 0002E647-- and some of my files are blue instead of the usual black color of font. It just randomly maked my songs not locatable. Help!
