Im looking for title of movie

I'm looking for a title to a movie I watched them film around dawn on I-15 near Barstow. I seen them filming out on the highway at least a dozen times around dawn each morning. This movie was filmed somewhere between 1998- 2001. The plot involved an aging woman on a road trip in a yellow taxi. My memory is weak but I think it starred a big name actress whose career had faded by then. I think it may not have been very successful and that is why I missed my chance to see it, or it went straight to video. Does anybody have any idea what this movie is? I'd love to see the finished product I watched them make and I may even be in the background in some shots.
