Hey... i don't know where to post something like this but um... see i was a cheerleader for 3 yrs... and i have 1 jacket w/ NCA and 1 w/ ACA...i am taking this coming year off but i will be in cheerleading the year after...right now i am really letting myself go!!!... i am happy with the rest of my body it's just i have a stomach and need ways to get rid of it...right now i just tumble on the trampoline(i can do standing bhs, tucks, whips, layouts, and fulls).. i also do a couple of push-ups and sit ups, and crunches... during the year i might play sports but i need a way right now to get into shape!!!... can someone give me ways..and maybe help me plan a workout of some kind!!!
