i have been benching for about 2 months but my chest has not got any bigger. any advice and what great exercises are there to make chest bigger ?(include reps,wight,sets...plz)
2 months is nothing...it takes time.
My chest workout:
-Incline dumbell press.
-Flat bench dumbell flyes.
-Weighted dips(need a dip belt to strap the weight).
-Flat bench on Hammer Strength machine.
(I can't really do flat barbell press, I lift alone, and it bothers one of my shoulders).
I usually start my first excercise with a bunch of warm-up sets, building up to the heaviest set, which is my first set to failure. My second set usually is lighter than the first...so instead of "pyramiding" up, I start heavy and go down. I'll usually only do 2 sets per excercise, not including warmups, maybe 3 sets.
Reps, between 5-8. Once I can do my "heaviest" set for 8 reps, I go for a heavier weight the following week.

Don't forget that silicone injections only give you the appearance of toned muscles. If you exercise after injections to increase muscle mass, you could cause some real damage, like this one guy who kinda ended up bursting the implants.
