To Screensaver or Not To Screensaver?

Computers these days don't need screensavers (unless you have a really old CRT monitor... and then the question is WHY?!).

Do you still have a screensaver on your laptop or desktop (home or work)? What kind is it?

I still run SETI@home from the BOINC, a science crowdsourcing program, that still has a screensaver option.

They are, how you say, passe. I just click on 'sleep' and leave the sucker.

For myself I have a few hundreds family and friends pictures on my screen savers.

Maybe you should give your family and friends their pictures back. You can always get copies made.

What are you talking about as those pictures on my screen saver are scans of my family pictures taken over the years and decades an as I am the very last member of my direct family line so there is no one to give any picture to in any case.
