I walk my path
Earth rippling
Neath my feet
Turn my head
Quickly
Creatures disappear
Always ... vanish
My heart beats
In everything
I touch and
What I touch
Also touches
Me
The dark ones
Ride my silver ship of sleep
As passengers
Behind me
A flowing
Veil of fear
I let come near
Then from some where
Near
My light
Appears to rescue me
Blinding light
I've always known ....
Is this
How it begins
Doug
Yes, Ge. Very good but sad.
Welcome Edgar ... Welcome Let ...
Not sad, it's just a part of the same journey we all embark upon, only with a variation of the path. We all do what we have to do. The ability to change our personas, either of our own volition, or through the bumps in the road, should give an indication of the power 'thought' has to shape who and what our journey creates of us. We begin each thread of the tapestry we are to become, witha blank script .... only to remember.
Fitzgerald said it best:
"Strange, is it not? That of the myriads who before us passed the door of darkness through, not one returns to tell us of the road, which to discover we must travel too."
Enjoy your predicaments ...
Enjoy yours, young feller.

Thanks Ed, I should add 'but not to the point of bordering on the kinky
'
As Peewee Herman would say, "Ha ha. Ho ho."
Was'nt that just before the cop turned on his flashlight in the theater?
I am here
Whether placed
Or stumbled into
I, am here
Knowing not
Which is far
Or which is near
No sense of ripeness
Just that of fallow
Having fallen
Into another
Tearful field
Yield?
I will not
For all I have not
I am here
Knowing not
Which is far
Or which is near
Doug
This thread is about feelings ... personal feelings ... an exploration of doubt ... seen, it becomes tangible ..... thought condems doubt to an impregnable shadowy abyss.
Sharing doubts can create an anchor where none existed.
The people I see every day, are me.... all things pass.
