Can anyone give me some advice on getting rid of my beer belly? It's not a huge one, and I'm a skinny person really, but too much drinking has started to give me a bit of a belly. Obviously I need a healthy diet and an exercise routine. I'll have the oppurtinity to hardly drink at all and eat well when I go home for 3 and a half months for the summer in a week or so. What about exercise? Can anyone advise me on what sort of exercises I can do without any equipment and without leaving the house that will burn off my belly?
