hi i am not fat but have a lot of fat not all around my chest but on the lower area of my chest or "around my tits" other than doing aerobics and running.... what exercises may help lose the fat on my tits and tone my whole chest and make it full of muscle but not big!!? (fat is on my tits not on my whole chest)
There is no such thing as spot reduction... you can not target where you lose fat. The best thing to do is keep exercising and try cutting a few calories out of your everyday diet. If you can't get to the gym just do exercises around the house. Push-ups, crunches (not full sit ups), go running, squats, etc..
