If you are getting harrassing email, it isn't because of your IP address.

A couple of questions.
Do you have broadband of some kind or dial up?
Do you have up to date virus software and a firewall?

None,

You aren't giving us enough info to really help you out.

Is your computer at home and only you have access to it? Or is it easily accessable to other people?
Do you have an always on connection? If so, what kind is it?
Do you have virus and other protection software that you run regularly?
Are you connected to a network of any kind?
Do you have a wireless connection on your system?
What OS are you running?

Post the answers on the other thread you started then do the steps already mentioned there. We can't help you if you don't help us first with some information.

Cuz of my life style, I access the internet regularly, from different places. In the morning, I am in my office till five in the afternoon. Then I go to my part time job, I-net caffe, And access i-net via one of the stations. Yes, I do have a lap-top. I use it on saturdays, When I go to Thai food restaurant, and use their signal. All this crap started before I was in my Office, So there is no way there is any connection between this place and that asshole harassing me.

The fact that you use three different places to get online from tells me it isn't an IP address problem.

It started before you started working in your office. That probably eliminates that as a possibility.

That leaves 2 other places. Both are potential access points to your info.

1. It is possible someone at the internet cafe has it in for you. Lots of different ways, a systems person monitering you, someone visually watching you, someone using the system after you don't close down properly.

2. Your laptop could be wide open to others accessing wifi when you do. Since you do it at a regular place it makes it easy to track you if so. You could have a ton of spyware or viruses on your laptop too since you haven't told us if you regularly scan it.

I am very grateful for ur detailed answer. Well, The person who did that, Hacked my E-mail, December 2004. Started using my e-mail to spread an illegal and a false info about me and my personal life. What I was thinking is, Is it possible that, that forum moderator is helping him out? Because, whenever I register a new nick name, There will be a new thread saying something like "Oh, here we go, here she comes with a new screen name. People, KLeo is ERROR" BLAH BLAH. I do not know how is it possible. I even thought maybe it is all about the style of writing, the words I use and etc. But this all is just assumption, and nothing else. Because I do not have any evidence. Forum administrator says that it is impossible. What do u think? And is there any way TO HACK MY OWN e-mail and return it back? I surfed the net, and seems like it is impossible, unless u have the
Yahoo premium or something like that service. But for people like me, Who use free yahoo, customer service cannot help out via "human-on-line" support. I can do nothing, I do not know who is doing that, why he/she is doing that, etc. Laughing
