What happens when you are caught driving without a license? I know there are fines but what about the points and everything? If anyone can shed light on this i would greatly appreciate it. I live in pennsylvania if that helps.

Someone driving without a license wouldn't have a license to have points against.
In this part of PA people arrested for driving without a license are frequently driving uninspected, uninsured vehicles. Their licenses have frequently been suspended for drunken driving. They are in trouble.
