Lifetime movie 1990s

I am looking for a title of a movie from the 1990s about a teenager who' s mother dies in a house fire. She gets blamed for her mother's death. So after that she goes to her mothers lovers home and takes a tour. He was very rich. Whispering willows or something like that is what it is called. She meets his son and he tries to murder her like he admits he killed her mother. Also her mom and her lover have a baby together. Her lover save the teen from the fire but could not reach her mother and the baby in time. Does anyone know the name of this movie?
