Yesterday I was watching a television program called, "La Historia se sienta a la mesa - “El banquete de Porfirio Díaz”" on ElGourmet (a Mexican cable food channel) and during the introduction to the program they showed a painting of a banquet. It was amazing, it depicted a sweeping multi-level banquet scene. It was almost like a winding staircase of multiple levels with different banquet scenes. I have scoured the internet, tried to find the program to stream again and even sent a question to the network with no success. If I had to guess it is likely Colonial and either the artist is Mexican or Spanish (a really rough guess). It has to be very large, so it's possible that it is actually a mural. Any assistance is appreciated.
@lkoneillmx,
Google “history of mexico murals”
Is it the Rivera one?
@PUNKEY,
Yes, I have googled just about anything that I think could be related. For sure it is not a Rivera.
