modem resets automatically--please HeLp!

im trying to download a big file (855MB game) but my modem is reseting by itself every 10 mins or so and the connection from the server im downloading from gets reset and the download gets canceled =(

does anyone know why my modem is being reset by itself and how i can fix it?

it just turns off completely and then slowly starts back up again Crying or Very sad
