The league is now divided into two clear cut divisions, and I'm in the lower one .
So far, the only team I've beat is the one I feared the most: Child of the Light's.

It really is divided... I thought having less players would make it more competitive. There are some really good players on the waiver wire still. Try re-tooling and see what you can come up with.

Sometimes you just have to stick with what you got.

I'm having a rough week. Buehrele got rocked by KC with a 6 run inning. Clement got a line drive off of his head (I acuired him by giving up C. Lee... that trade is looking pretty good for COL right now) and the White sox gave up a big lead to take away Garlands 16th win.

With a little help of Child, we have a new leader, D'Artagnan.
As I was climbing the ladder, I slipped. Well...

4 starters yesterday and not a single win. I could get knocked out of 2nd if this keeps up.

You got a little revenge from the last time we played, fbaezer. You knocked me out of second all the way down to 4th.
It was a real rough week for me. Out of 9 starts I only got 1 win. My ERA balloned to an all time high. My offense shut down.... I'm glad that week is over.

I can't catch a freaking break. My pitching has been pitching pretty good as of late but my starters are leaving with leads and the bull-pens are giving them up. I've been coming up short on losses for the past couple weeks. Very frustrating.

Well fbaezer, I beat you the first game and you beat me the last game. Unfortunately for me, the last one is the one that counts. Good season, and good luck for the rest of it. Perhaps next year we can start from the beginning.

It was a very tight match-up for the whole week.
Now, let's see if I can beat D'Art in the Semifinal.

OK, now I'm facing bravesin05 for the championship.
Since "braves" has not identified him/herself as an A2K members, I hope all all you root for me.
BTW, I think Dangling Carrots turned out to be a proper name for my (seemingly not so powerful) team.

No kidding, fbaezer. I didn't see that last week loss coming at all. Rough start... but it's all how you finish. Good Luck.

Hey, perhaps this means the San Diego Padres do have a shot at the World Series!

Way to Go, fbaezer. Congrats.
It turned out to be a pretty good league... very competetive in the end.
Maybe next year we can get a few more to participate and go the entire season.

Yeah, thanks, it was fun.
I trailed at least half of the 2-week final.
I guess that was my style of winning
(And GL for the WS in the Playoffs)

The football season is over which means it is only a matter of days before pitchers and catchers report. So I'm starting early this year to see if we can drum up a little bit of support for this years A2K Fantasy Baseball league.
fbaezer took the crown last year and is the reigning A2K Fantasy Baseball Champion. Can he be defeated this year?
