Hey, How do I get rid of PayDial.EXE? It keeps popping up Wh

Hey, How do I get rid of PayDial.EXE? It keeps popping up When i surf the net, or when i download things, even when i am away from my computer and the internet is on. I believe it's some kind of spyware. Can it be from Emule? I download a lot of books from there. Also, I was wondering if IE can give me that virus. I typed it on google, and it gave me that it was a trojan. Can anyone help me?
