ParkerBrothers game of Scan

Hey!

We have an old game of Scan from Parker Brothres and I was playing with my nephew today. We came across the "Bluffo" card and none of us could remember how to play that card.

Any help from those of you that would remember that game?

I tried looking on the Parker Brothers website but it gave Scan instructions for a completely different game.
