Well, since BB King had a great show at the Ravinia Festival last weekend (B.B. King is still alive), I lokked up some details again.

It's not King, I think - but a similar celebrity I suppose.

yup, Muddy Waters, real name Mckinley Morganfield, grew up in that cabin. another blues giant, John Lee Hooker, as well as Sam Cooke, Ike Turner, and actor Morgan Freeman, were all born in Clarksdale, and WC Handy, of St. Louis Blues fame, lived there awhile. lastly, Clarksdale is the location of *the Crossroads*--highways 61 & 49--that Robert Johnson sang about.

your turn, please.

That was really easy - for me, because I'd looked it up

Now, someone else's hut, which is situated about ten miles west of where I listened live to Muddy Waters about 35 years ago:

Well, Walter. I was hoping that your place would be the Philharmonie in Berlin, but it's not.

Is the place near Westphalia?

It is indeed, Letty: just "over the border", in the other part of our state, 'Northrhine-'

And not to confuse you: the whole region there is wellknown under a different term, related to the small river there ...

One of these rivers, Walter?

Ems, Weser, Ruhr, and Lippe

If not, I will keep trying.

A bit? It should lead you to that semi-detached home within a couple of seconds

I'm sorry, Walter. I must be typing in the wrong words or something. I can't seem to get google to work at all.

Not quite certain what a semi-detached home means. Is the place among these?

Attractions include the Konzilsgebäude, Renaissance Town Hall, historic old Insel Hotel, Barbarossa-Haus, Hus-Haus, and the old town fortifications Rheintorturm, Pulverturm and Schnetztor. The town has theatres, concert halls, a casino and hosts an international music festival as well as the Seenachtfest, a lake festival. Reichenau, an island with a famous monastery and the island of Mainau, with stilted buildings, make an interesting day trip.

Semi-detached home was thought as a joke. Sorry.

You're obviously looking in Konstanz (Constance) at the Lake Constance (Bodensee).

Which is completely the wrong region.

Try some cities in the Ruhr District, as suggested above.

Walter, google is showing me nothing. Perhaps I had better put a name on that lovely structure. Was it ever an abbey?
