That's it.
After Rhodes became indepedent from the Hellenic Byzantine Empire it was conquered by the Latins. In 1310 the isnald was conquered by the Ioannites (or batallion of St John knights), which were the ones who built the castle. The Ioannites were a different kinght batallion, as it was multi-ethnic - it had members from all parts pf Europe. The Ioannites held the island till 1522 when it falled to the Sultan, and the knights moved to Malta.

Switzerland?
Rhodes? Just joking, C.I. Europe?
Yes, Rhodes. Just joking, Letty. It's not Europe or Rhodes.
Ok, C.I. Let's try the Americas: North America--South America--Central America?
Ok, C.I. Is that railway still in use?
Just a guess, C.I., Sao Paulo? (a hint or two might help us get through)
Brazil is the BIG hint. If anybody thinks through this, it should be realtively easy to find the location. It's not Sao Paulo.
Found this, C.I.
The Train at Foz do IguaƧu, Brazil and Argentina?
Nope, nothing to do with Igaccu Falls.
Actually, it's more an "uphill tram to Jesus" than a railway, I thing.
Walter is correct; now where would they need such a tram in Brazil?
