That was quick, George. Is that statue of a military hero?
Monument dedicated to fallen heroes in World War I ?
is George stuck in traffic?
More likely reported as a missing person.
Dutchy, wasn't it Imur who asked you about the WWI song, "And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda."
Letty from memory that was quite some time ago.
I know, 'cause I PMed him and asked what he was testing. Anyway, I played it on the radio thread.
I asked about Germany, because the helmet on that statue looked rather like a Kaiser helmet.
I asked about a monument dedicated to fallen heroes, because we have plenty similar monuments in Australia, I also noticed the plaque with names on it, which is tradition down here.
Well, my word. I thought George posted that. It was the soccer ball, I guess. I have been looking all over for WWI memorials.
Sorry Guys.
Not Europe.
Not Australia.
Not World War I.
We think of members of that fellow's organization as wearing hats very different from that one.
It's a monument to fallen heroes, but not military.
Nope and nope.
North of you, C.I.
The fellow looks like Colonel James Farquharson Macleod.
Well, Walter. I am certain that you are correct, and I hope that verification of that fact will soon appear along with George.
