C.I., I think spidergal means a church west of the Ganges, but the only picture that I could find was St. Paul's Catholic Church, and the picture was too small to identify.
I have checked the 28 States of India to no avail. Although the first impression gives one the idea of a church, is it perhaps some type of monument?
You may be right, Dutchy. Perhaps a modern memorial to India's 50 plus years of independence. Where is that spider?
