Anybody else looking at the photographs posted now and thinking... is it possible?
The USA also recognizes November 11th as Armistice Day, now called Veterans' Day -- a day to honor those who fought in one of the Great World Wars. Memorial Day is a day to remember any veterans who have died. At the service I attended there were names called out who had died in the Civil War and in the Revolutionary War.
