Is it a University building?
Neither today nor origianally.
It's a church, but in Northern Europe.
This building has been what it looks like: a temple for a religious group (who had to fled the home country).
Today, it's a museum for it's crator: the man from the monument.
And it's not in Belgium - well, and not really in Northern Europe.
York - England. Can't get the picture up but bear with me.
No, not York and England - I denied UK already before.
A couple of years ago, only the left site of that google-view was easily to be visited ....
(Well, not THAT easy either.)
