The street, the buildings, the background (hint of a mountain) would lead one to believe, if it's not in the west, it is somewhere else. But where?

No, Jane, you really should go to the Black Hills,preferably on a motorcycle. Plus you can get a picture of yourself with Mount Rushmore in the background and send it to your German friends.
