Could it be Ethopia - the ruins of Gondar?
Yes, Walter, it's Avila. Been there?
On behalf of an anonymous A2K'er :wink:
(she says, she can't post pictures, tss, tss)
I'm posting this pic.
Yes.
(But now I'm going to bed ... and I suppose/hope/know that the anonymous mysterious lady will answer your kind responses

)
If I get it right, may I just post a link? I hate to spoil the party.
It's gotta be someplace up north - like Maine.
Well, C.I. you're getting warm, but not there yet.
Not yet, C.I. Want a clue?
A clue would help; there are literally hundreds of lighthouses in the US, and spread all over tarnation. Not all the lighthouses have photographs in lighthouse links, so unless somebody has personally seen it, it would be almost impossible to identify.
I realize that, C.I. Let's say this. The lighthouse stands thirty miles out in the Atlantic ocean and off the coast of North Carolina. I thought the pen and ink sketch was breathtaking. You have been everywhere, my friend, and I have traveled very little. I have guessed at all the pictures that I have seen here. I just wanted to participate.
Is that Cape Hatteras, North Carolina Miss LEtty?
