Looks like the bridge near Taos... is that the Rio Grande Bridge?

Yep. That's Tacoma, the Thea Foss waterway, the 509 Bridge, the Tacoma Dome, the "Hot Shop" (the upside down cone) for the Museum of Glass (Dale Chihuly was born in this town) and... Mt. Rainier in your photo.
