Just looking at that design although I have no idea about it or where it is. The most that I can say for it, is that it's clean. An engineer's laugh, perhaps or "construction" criticism.<smile>

Francis, is it a nightclub, civic center, or exposition center? Or maybe an art museum, or performance center? I'm thinking possibly "acoustics" because of the fantastic, dramatic design. Also, the front door looks like a public entrance rather than a private one.
I'm wondering if it might be a place, such as a nightclub or discotheque, which has light shows (laser, maybe) with the music.
