Ah! I had looked up french windmills before I left for errands but didn't see that one. Have some tasks at hand, but will get back to it, perhaps not before your sleeptime.

It's in Ivry-sur Seine, and shows the 1981 restaurated typical French towermill with a cylindorical tower, conical cap and single tail pole.
