Omigosh.... I happened on this while looking at Cologne...

It's Ulm, I think. In Germany on the Danube... right? Know for having the largest church tower in the world and being the birthplace of Albert Einstein.

I sat 6 hours in the polling station, and counted votes after it closed (state elections).

(That was done in 20 minutes, however, manually.)
