If I'm not mistaken, I believe that is The Jolly Sailor, a quaint little pub that serves fine beer and ales.

And, if memory serves me correctly, they also have bed and breakfast.

You can see the typical spritsail rig of the sailing barges, moored at the quayside.
The Thames barge (although this is not the Thames) is a very successful and efficient machine for moving goods...a barge can be sailed by a crew of only one man and a boy, and prior to the introduction of the steam engine and the later the IC engine, these barges were the cheapest way to move bulk goods around these shores, each barge being capable of sailing well and of carrying more than 100 tons of cargo.

Just thought I would put that in. It doesn't really help you get to the answer.....much.
